Fisher Friend is a 5-minute documentary  on the mobile phone software developed by Qualcomm for the fishing community giving access to information on weather, fish prices and livelihood related issues. The documentary was shot in Pondicherry, India


2006

LAMP - Learning Amidst Migration Program is a 5-minute audio-visual slideshow with photographs by Prashant Panjiar. This is part of an ongoing photo-documentation project of the efforts by a few NGOs in India, aided by the American India Foundation (AIF), to address the education needs of the children affected by “distress seasonal migration” within India. The audio-visual gives a glimpse into the lives of migrants during fund-raisers held in the USA.


2005

AIDS in India for AVAHAN is a 5-minute audio-visual slideshow with photographs by Prashant Panjiar on the issue of AIDS in India and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation intervention in India

Hero Honda AutoExpo eight 30-seconders hooked to a video walk through depicting Hero Honda as a World Class Manufacturing Facility shown at their stall at the AutoExpo

Ride Safe the Hero Honda Way on CBZ is a 15-minute video in English and Hindi for the customers to view in the dealerships and workshops

Lowering Infant Mortality Rates – Jharkhand four 5-minute informational spots for rural audiences in the Jharkhand region sponsored by Tata Steel Rural Development Society (TSRDS).

Centre for Social Research Promotional  is a 20-minute promotional depicting the work done by CSR in the villages around Sarnath, Varanasi


1998-1999

A Legacy of Ignorance: talking about sexual health  is a 54-minute documentary based on the work sponsored by MacArthur Foundation in India. Shot in Kerala, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Rajasthan and Delhi the documentary was produced for the Women's Feature Service

Endorsement for 81st-84th Amendment is a 45-second motivational TV spot  endorsing 33% reservation for women in the Parliament produced for the Women's Feature Service & UNIFEM

Chetna Yatra is a 20-minute documentary covering a  7-day train journey from Delhi, Cochin, Chennai and return to Delhi by the Joint Action Forum for Women to raise consciousness among women on the issue of 33% reservation for women in the parliament produced for Women's Feature Service


1995-1998

Main Hijra Hoon: A Eunuch Named Sunita is a 48-minute documentary in Hindi and English produced for the channel TVI of Business India Television (BITV). It won the Best Documentary Award 1997 at the Asian Television Awards Hong Kong and the Silver Award at the WorldFest Houston. It was also shown at the Gay Lesbian Film Festival London and Turin.

Pre-election Opinion Poll  was a 60-minute pre-election program aired on TVI-BITV anchored by psephologist Surit Bhalla.

Showtime was a 30-minute a weekly program aired on TVI-BITV  that previewed the programs to come on the channel. A studio based show it also had interviews with directors and edited promos of programs to be aired during the week.

TVI Mohalla was 15-minute, 6 episode program distributed on video to cable operators. Used as a marketing tool by BITV to increase distribution in Delhi. It was humorous view of post-globalized Delhi, shot on the streets and peoples homes, depicting the changing times. Eposides included - Night Life in Delhi, the Delhi Debate – Bhenji vs Mod (modern) girls, Foreigners on the streets of Delhi.
